Cookie Policy

Everything you need to know about how we use cookies and similar technologies on our platform.

Last Updated: June 22, 2026 Effective: June 22, 2026 Version: 2.4

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile phone) by websites you visit. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, to remember your preferences, and to provide website operators with information about how visitors use their sites.

In addition to cookies, we also use similar tracking technologies such as web beacons (also called clear GIFs or pixel tags), local storage objects, and session storage. Together with cookies, these are referred to collectively as "cookies" throughout this Policy for ease of reference.

Cookies can be either "session cookies" — which are deleted when you close your browser — or "persistent cookies" — which remain on your device for a defined period or until you delete them. Cookies set directly by OneEasySpin are called "first-party cookies," while cookies set by our partners and service providers are called "third-party cookies."

2. Types of Cookies We Use

We categorise our cookies into four types based on their purpose. You can manage non-essential cookies at any time through our Cookie Preference Centre or your browser settings.

3. Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies on our platform are placed by third-party service providers on our behalf. These providers have their own privacy policies and cookie practices, and we encourage you to review them. The key third-party services currently used are:

3.1 Google Analytics (Google LLC)

We use Google Analytics to analyse website traffic and gameplay patterns. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information about how you use our site. We have enabled IP anonymisation, meaning your full IP address is never stored by Google for analytics purposes. Data is sent to Google servers, which may be located in the United States. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.

3.2 Facebook Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.)

We use the Facebook Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, and to build custom audiences for re-engagement. The Pixel tracks actions such as page views and account registrations. This cookie is only activated where you have consented to marketing cookies. See Meta's Privacy Policy for details.

3.3 Hotjar (Hotjar Ltd.)

Hotjar allows us to record anonymised session replays and generate heatmaps to understand user behaviour. Hotjar suppresses any text inputs (including passwords and personally identifiable information) from session recordings by default. See Hotjar's Privacy Policy.

3.4 Payment Processor Cookies

When you initiate a virtual currency purchase, our payment processor (Stripe, Inc.) may set cookies necessary to complete the transaction and prevent fraud. These are classified as essential cookies. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.

3.5 Social Login Providers

If you use social login (Google, Apple, Facebook), those providers may set cookies as part of the authentication process. Your use of those features is subject to the respective provider's cookie and privacy policies.

4. How to Manage Cookies

You can control and manage cookies in several ways. Please be aware that removing or blocking some cookies may impact your experience on our platform — for example, you may be required to log in each visit, or some game features may not function correctly.

4.1 Our Cookie Preference Centre

The most convenient way to manage your non-essential cookie preferences on our site is through our Cookie Preference Centre, accessible via the "Manage Cookies" link in our cookie banner and in the website footer. You can enable or disable Performance, Functional, and Marketing cookie categories at any time. Changes take effect immediately. Essential cookies cannot be disabled through this tool as they are required for the site to function.

4.2 Browser Settings

Most browsers allow you to view, manage, block, and delete cookies through their settings menus. The links below provide guidance for the most common browsers:

4.3 Mobile Devices

On mobile devices, you can manage cookies through your device's browser settings. On iOS (Safari), go to Settings > Safari > Privacy & Security. On Android (Chrome), go to Chrome > Settings > Privacy and Security > Cookies. You may also control interest-based advertising by enabling "Limit Ad Tracking" (iOS) or "Opt out of Ads Personalisation" (Android) in your device settings.

4.4 Opt-Out Tools for Third-Party Analytics and Advertising

In addition to browser controls, you can use the following industry opt-out tools:

5. Cookie Consent

When you first visit our website, you will see a cookie consent banner that provides you with the option to accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or customise your preferences by category. We record your consent decision, the date it was given, and the version of our Cookie Policy in effect at that time, as required by applicable Canadian privacy legislation.

Withdrawing consent: You may change or withdraw your cookie consent preferences at any time by clicking the "Manage Cookies" link in the footer of any page on our website, or by clearing your browser's cookies (which will reset your preferences and prompt you to make a new choice on your next visit). Withdrawal of consent applies to future processing only and does not affect data already collected.

Please note that essential cookies are placed on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating a functional and secure website and do not require your separate consent.

6. Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers allow you to transmit a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal when you visit websites. Because there is currently no universally accepted technical standard for interpreting DNT signals, our website does not alter its data collection practices in response to DNT signals from your browser. We encourage you to use our Cookie Preference Centre to control your cookie preferences directly. We will continue to monitor developments in DNT standardisation and may update our approach if a consensus standard emerges.

7. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy periodically to reflect changes in the cookies we use, new legal requirements, or changes in industry practice. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy. For significant changes, we will re-prompt you to review and confirm your cookie preferences through our consent banner.

We encourage you to review this Policy occasionally to stay informed about how we use cookies.
