1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and OneEasySpin Inc. ("OneEasySpin," "we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of British Columbia, Canada, governing your access to and use of the website located at oneeasyspin.com, our mobile applications, games, and all related content, features, and services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing any page of our website, downloading our application, or otherwise using our Services in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the Services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and others who access or use the Services.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Minimum Age

To use the Services, you must be:

• 19 years of age or older in British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador, Saskatchewan, Yukon, the Northwest Territories, and Nunavut; or
• 18 years of age or older in Alberta and Manitoba.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable minimum age requirement for your province or territory of residence. We reserve the right to require age verification documentation at any time. If we cannot verify your age, we may suspend or close your account.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

The Services are offered exclusively to residents of Canada. Access to the Services from outside Canada is not permitted and may be blocked at our discretion. In particular, residents of the United States are not eligible to use the Services, and by agreeing to these Terms you represent that you are not a US resident or accessing the Services from US territory.

2.3 Legal Capacity

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your province or territory of residence, and that you are not a person barred from using the Services under applicable law.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access most features of the Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated. You may register using your email address and a password, or via a supported third-party social login provider (Google, Apple, or Facebook). Each person may hold only one account; creating multiple accounts is prohibited.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to: (a) choose a strong, unique password; (b) not share your account credentials with any third party; (c) notify us immediately at hello@oneeasyspin.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. OneEasySpin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

3.3 Account Verification

We may, at our sole discretion and at any time, require you to verify your identity, age, or province of residence by submitting supporting documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the requested timeframe will result in suspension of your account pending resolution.

4. Our Services

4.1 Nature of Services

OneEasySpin provides a free-to-play social gaming platform offering a variety of digitally simulated casino-style games, including but not limited to social slots, virtual card games, and other skill and chance-based entertainment games (collectively, "Games"). All Games are offered purely for entertainment and social interaction purposes.

4.2 No Real Money Gambling

OneEasySpin does not offer real money gambling of any kind. Our Games use virtual currency only. No real money is wagered, won, or lost through gameplay. Virtual coins or credits won in Games have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash, prizes, or anything of real-world value. OneEasySpin is not a gambling operator and the Services do not constitute a gambling service under any applicable Canadian or provincial law.

4.3 Service Availability

We strive to keep the Services available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance, apply updates, or temporarily suspend Services for technical, security, or operational reasons. We will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime where practicable.

4.4 Service Changes

We reserve the right to add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services, including individual games, features, or virtual items, at any time and without liability to you. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

5. Virtual Currency and Items

5.1 Virtual Currency

The Services include a virtual currency system ("Coins" or "Credits") that allows you to play Games and interact with certain in-game features. Virtual currency can be (a) acquired free of charge through gameplay, daily bonuses, promotions, and other in-game activities; or (b) purchased using real currency through our in-app purchase system for pre-determined packages of virtual coins.

5.2 No Real-Money Value

Virtual currency and virtual items available in our Services have no monetary or real-world value. They do not constitute property, are not transferable outside the platform, and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or transferred for money, goods, or any item of real-world value, whether from OneEasySpin or from any third party. Any in-game "winnings" represent only virtual currency with no cash equivalent.

5.3 Non-Transferability

Your virtual currency balance and virtual items are personal to your account and are non-transferable. You may not sell, trade, gift, or otherwise transfer virtual currency or virtual items to another user or to any third party, whether for real money or for anything else of value. Any such purported transfer is void and may result in termination of your account.

5.4 Purchases Are Final

All purchases of virtual currency packages are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation or where we have made a billing error. If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction at hello@oneeasyspin.com.

5.5 Company Discretion

OneEasySpin reserves the right to modify, adjust, recalibrate, or remove virtual currency balances, virtual items, or any in-game economy at any time, for any reason, including to correct errors, maintain game balance, prevent fraud, or comply with legal requirements. Such changes do not entitle you to any compensation.

5.6 Account Closure and Expiry

If your account is closed, suspended, or terminated for any reason — whether by you or by us — all virtual currency and virtual items associated with your account will be forfeited and no refund, compensation, or other payment will be due.

6. User Conduct

By using the Services, you agree to use them only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

1. Cheating and exploitation: Using any cheat code, exploit, glitch, automation script, macro, or any unauthorised third-party software or tool that modifies or interacts with the Services in a manner not authorised by OneEasySpin.
2. Bot activity: Using any bot, spider, crawler, automated process, or non-human script to access, interact with, or collect data from the Services.
3. Multiple accounts: Registering, maintaining, or using more than one account for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage, abusing promotions, or circumventing a suspension or ban.
4. Account sharing: Sharing your account credentials with or allowing another person to use your account.
5. Harassment and abuse: Harassing, threatening, bullying, stalking, intimidating, or abusing any other user or OneEasySpin employee through any communication channel on the platform.
6. Hate speech and discrimination: Posting, transmitting, or displaying content that is hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, or offensive on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic under Canadian law.
7. Impersonation: Impersonating any person or entity, including another user, an OneEasySpin employee, or a public figure, or falsely claiming an affiliation with any person or entity.
8. Fraud and deception: Engaging in any fraudulent activity, including providing false account registration information, making fraudulent chargebacks, or attempting to deceive OneEasySpin or other users.
9. Spam and unsolicited communications: Sending unsolicited commercial messages, promotional materials, or spam to other users through any in-platform communication feature.
10. Harmful content: Uploading, posting, or transmitting any content containing viruses, malware, Trojan horses, or any other harmful or malicious code.
11. Reverse engineering: Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code, algorithms, or trade secrets underlying the Services.
12. Unauthorised access: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Services, other users' accounts, or any related systems or networks.
13. Underage play: Assisting or facilitating access to the Services by any person who does not meet the minimum age requirements, or misrepresenting your own age.
14. Commercial exploitation: Using the Services for any commercial purpose not expressly authorised in writing by OneEasySpin, including selling services that use our platform as a component.

We reserve the right to investigate violations of this section and to take appropriate action, including warning, suspending, or permanently banning accounts, and reporting conduct to law enforcement authorities where warranted.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership

All content and materials comprising or incorporated into the Services — including but not limited to the OneEasySpin name, logo, trademarks, trade dress, game artwork and graphics, user interfaces, music, sound effects, game code, software, databases, text, animations, video, and virtual items — are owned by or licensed to OneEasySpin Inc. and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited Licence to Users

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, OneEasySpin grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, exploit commercially, create derivative works of, or publicly display any content from the Services.

7.3 User-Generated Content

If you submit, post, or upload any content through the Services — including profile photos, chat messages, or forum posts ("User Content") — you grant OneEasySpin a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display that User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Services. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this licence and that your User Content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property or other rights.

7.4 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Services may be used by OneEasySpin without restriction, compensation, or attribution to you.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may contain links to, or integrate with, third-party websites, services, or platforms (such as social login providers, payment processors, and advertising networks). These third-party services are not under the control of OneEasySpin, and we are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms of use. Links to third-party services do not constitute an endorsement by OneEasySpin.

Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that third party's applicable terms and privacy policy. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party service before providing personal information or making purchases through it.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ONEEASYSPIN AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement;
• Any warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components;
• Any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any content available through the Services;
• Any warranty that defects or errors will be corrected.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, our warranties are limited to the minimum warranty protections required by applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY THE LAWS OF BRITISH COLUMBIA AND APPLICABLE CANADIAN LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ONEEASYSPIN INC., ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages;
• Loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings;
• Personal injury or property damage arising from your use of the Services;
• Unauthorised access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein;
• Interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services;
• Bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Services;
• Loss of virtual currency or virtual items for any reason;

REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE), AND EVEN IF ONEEASYSPIN HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN JURISDICTIONS WHERE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES IS NOT PERMITTED, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

TO THE EXTENT OUR LIABILITY IS NOT OTHERWISE EXCLUDED, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (a) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ONEEASYSPIN IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM; OR (b) FIFTY CANADIAN DOLLARS (CAD $50.00).

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OneEasySpin Inc. and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or relating to: (a) your use of or access to the Services; (b) your violation of any provision of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (d) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property, privacy, or contractual right; or (e) any User Content you submit, post, or transmit through the Services.

OneEasySpin reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defence of such claim.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account and these Terms at any time by contacting us at hello@oneeasyspin.com and requesting account deletion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and your virtual currency balance and virtual items will be forfeited without compensation.

12.2 Termination by OneEasySpin

OneEasySpin may suspend or permanently terminate your account, and your access to all or any part of the Services, at any time and without prior notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have: (a) violated any provision of these Terms; (b) engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct; (c) failed to meet eligibility requirements; or (d) taken any action that is harmful to other users, third parties, or OneEasySpin.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination for any reason: (a) your licence to use the Services is immediately revoked; (b) all virtual currency and virtual items in your account are forfeited; (c) we may (but are not required to) delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy; (d) provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 7, 9, 10, 11, and 13) shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal dispute resolution, you agree to contact OneEasySpin at legal@oneeasyspin.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will use reasonable good-faith efforts to resolve your concern within 30 days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

13.3 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered in accordance with the Arbitration Act (British Columbia) and conducted in Vancouver, British Columbia. The arbitration shall be conducted in English before a single arbitrator. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless the arbitrator determines that a party has acted in bad faith, in which case the arbitrator may award costs against that party.

13.4 Class Action Waiver

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. If applicable law prohibits this waiver, then the class action portion of a claim must be severed from any arbitration proceeding and may only be litigated in a court of competent jurisdiction in British Columbia.

13.5 Jurisdiction for Court Proceedings

For any matters not subject to arbitration under Section 13.3, or where urgent injunctive relief is sought, the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of British Columbia sitting in the City of Vancouver.

14. Responsible Gaming

OneEasySpin is committed to promoting safe and responsible engagement with our social gaming platform. Although our Games do not involve real money gambling, we recognise that some users may develop unhealthy relationships with social gaming.

14.1 Self-Assessment and Tools

We offer the following responsible gaming tools within your account settings:

• Session time reminders: Set alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a defined period.
• Daily play limits: Set a maximum number of hours per day you wish to spend on the platform.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account and request that you not be re-registered.

OneEasySpin reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. For material changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to the address associated with your account or via a prominent notice on our website.

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services and may close your account as described in Section 12.1.
