Our Services

Six specialist service areas, each backed by dedicated teams and battle-tested processes.

Original Game Development

We design and develop original social casino and casual gaming titles from the ground up. Our full-cycle development service covers concept and narrative design, game mechanics balancing, mathematics model validation, high-fidelity art production, audio and music composition, front-end engineering in Unity and HTML5, and back-end server architecture. Each title undergoes extensive QA testing — including independent RNG certification — before going live.

We specialise in slot-style social games, card and table experiences, and narrative-driven casual titles. Our games are built mobile-first and optimised for desktop, tablet, and web browser deployment without compromise.

White-Label Platform Licensing

Operators who want to launch their own branded social gaming platform can license the OneEasySpin engine — our proven, scalable back-end infrastructure. The platform includes a full game lobby system, player account management, virtual currency and reward engine, leaderboards and tournaments module, push notification system, and a comprehensive operator back-office dashboard with real-time reporting.

White-label deployments are fully customisable from a branding perspective. We handle all technical integration, hosting, and ongoing platform maintenance under an SLA-backed managed service agreement. Typical time-to-launch is 8–12 weeks.

Responsible Gaming Technology

Our Responsible Play Suite is a comprehensive toolkit that can be integrated into any social gaming platform. It includes configurable session time reminders, optional daily/weekly virtual spend limits, reality-check pop-ups, self-exclusion flows, and direct integration with Canadian responsible gaming helplines and resources. All features are designed to be frictionless — they protect players without degrading the gaming experience.

We offer the Responsible Play Suite both as a component of our white-label platform and as a standalone SDK for operators with existing technology stacks. Our team can also conduct responsible gaming audits and provide compliance advisory services for operators entering regulated Canadian markets.

Data Analytics & Player Insights

Our Data Science team has built a bespoke analytics platform — OneEasySpin Intelligence — that transforms raw player behaviour data into actionable insights. For B2B partners, we provide dashboards covering player lifecycle metrics, session quality scores, cohort retention analysis, feature engagement funnels, and predictive churn modelling. Reports are accessible via a web dashboard or pushed to your data warehouse via our API.

For operators licensing our platform, OneEasySpin Intelligence is included. We also offer standalone analytics consulting engagements for studios that want to better understand their existing player base, diagnose retention issues, or validate proposed game mechanic changes with data before committing to full development.

Game Art & Creative Production

Our in-house creative studio offers full-service art production for game projects — whether developed at OneEasySpin or elsewhere. Services include concept art and style guide development, 2D and 3D character and environment illustration, UI/UX design for gaming interfaces, motion graphics and animation, and cinematic trailer production. Our artists have shipped work for titles on mobile, web, and console platforms.

We take co-production engagements with external studios and publishers on a selective basis. All production work is delivered with commercial-use licensing and full source files. Creative direction can be provided by our internal CD team, or we can work to a brief supplied by the client.

Live Operations & Community Management

A game does not end at launch — it grows through the quality of its live operations. Our LiveOps team manages ongoing content calendars, seasonal events, limited-time game modes, promotional campaigns, and in-game communications for both our own titles and licensed platform clients. We have deep experience in designing and executing events that meaningfully increase DAU and player retention without resorting to aggressive monetisation tactics.

Community management services include moderation, social media management, player support escalation, community event hosting, and influencer partnership coordination. We can operate as a fully outsourced community team or work alongside your existing staff in a hybrid model.

How We Work

A clear, collaborative process built on transparency and continuous feedback — so you always know where your project stands.

01

Discovery & Strategy

Every engagement begins with a structured discovery phase. We conduct stakeholder interviews, audience research, and competitive analysis to build a clear picture of what success looks like for your project. The output is a detailed Project Brief that aligns our teams on scope, timeline, technical requirements, and key performance indicators before a single line of code is written or a single asset is designed.

For game development projects, discovery also includes a mathematics design review — defining theoretical RTP ranges, volatility profile, and bonus mechanics — so that the creative vision and the game economics are aligned from the outset.

02

Design & Prototype

With the strategy locked, our design team moves into rapid prototyping. For games, this means building functional grey-box prototypes that can be playtested by real users within two to three weeks of kick-off. For platform projects, it means producing detailed UX wireframes and a component design system before visual design begins. We use this phase to validate assumptions early, when changes are cheap — not after a full production build.

Clients have access to all prototype builds and design artefacts throughout this phase, and we hold a formal design review at the end to ensure sign-off before production begins.

03

Production & QA

Full production runs on two-week agile sprints with a shared project board visible to all stakeholders. Each sprint closes with a build review, and we maintain a running changelog so you can track every feature and fix in real time. Our QA process includes automated regression testing, manual exploratory testing, performance profiling on target devices, and — for games — independent RNG statistical verification.

We do not hand off to QA at the end of production; testing is embedded throughout. Our internal quality bar is high: a build does not move forward unless it passes our internal release criteria, regardless of schedule pressure.

04

Launch & Live Support

Launch day is not the finish line — it is the starting pistol. Our launch process includes a staged rollout plan, real-time monitoring dashboards, and a dedicated launch-day support window with engineering and LiveOps staff on standby. In the weeks following launch, we conduct a formal post-launch review analysing player behaviour data against the KPIs defined in the discovery phase, and we provide a written recommendations report.

For platform and white-label clients, we offer ongoing managed service agreements that include monthly feature releases, platform maintenance, security patching, and a named account manager who is accountable to your business outcomes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions we hear most often from prospective partners and clients.

How long does it take to develop a full social casino title from scratch?

+

A full production cycle for a slot-style social casino game — including discovery, design, art production, engineering, QA, and launch — typically runs 20 to 28 weeks. Simpler titles with limited bonus features and a single base game can be delivered in as few as 16 weeks. Titles with complex narrative elements, multiple game modes, or novel mechanic designs may take longer. We provide a detailed milestone schedule with fixed deliverable dates during the discovery phase, so you will have full visibility before committing to production.

Do you work with clients outside of Canada?

+

Yes — while we are headquartered in Vancouver, our B2B client base spans North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region. We have experience navigating different jurisdictional requirements and can advise on responsible gaming compliance for a range of regulated markets. Remote collaboration is a core part of how we work; all project tools, design reviews, and sprint ceremonies are accessible online, and we are accustomed to coordinating across time zones.

Can OneEasySpin games be integrated into an existing platform or app?

+

Yes. Our titles are available as embeddable iFrame builds with a well-documented REST/WebSocket API for wallet, session management, and player data integration. We can provide a game integration SDK for major mobile and web platforms. Our technical integration team will work with your developers to ensure a seamless launch. We also support single sign-on via OAuth 2.0 and can integrate with most existing CRM and player management systems via webhooks.

Are your games certified and independently audited?

+

Yes. All games developed or published by OneEasySpin undergo independent RNG statistical testing by a certified third-party testing laboratory before launch. Our platform infrastructure has also been security-audited by an independent cybersecurity firm, and we maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance for our managed hosting services. Copies of relevant certificates and audit reports can be provided to prospective partners under NDA.

What does your post-launch support look like?

+

All development projects include a 90-day post-launch warranty period during which we fix any defects at no additional cost. Beyond that, we offer tiered managed service agreements (MSA) covering priority bug fixes, platform maintenance, security patching, and feature development retainers. Our MSA clients are assigned a named account manager and have access to a dedicated support channel with guaranteed response times. We also offer standalone LiveOps and analytics consulting on a project basis for clients who manage their own technical operations.
